It's okay
I guess it depends from child to child. My 6 year old played with this for approx 30 mins and then left it. He lost all the pieces and wasn't too impressed by this even though he does love Lego.

Super cute
The media could not be loaded. I think this is a cracking gift for any creative Lego fan! Priced at just £5.99, it's also well within pocket money territory. The bracelet is exactly as pictured, and gives children/adults the ability to create and customise their own Lego My Pets bracelet. Included are a range of different tiles, including kitty and a corgi tiles, along with a sweet little heart shaped charm. Creators can arrange the tiles however they choose, and can rearrange to alter how it looks. Also, the strap has plenty of scope size wise, so can grow with the owner. The box was a touch beat up, which would be annoying if you were giving it as a gift. However, this didn't impact the product at all.Overall, I'm very impressed with this item, and think it's a fab, and reasonably priced, Lego gift. Most definitely recommend!

Novel, inexpensive bracelet
My daughter loves Lego and this bracelet is an unusual addition to her collection. It's part of their "Dots" range which means all the pieces are single pieces that cover one stud. The packet consists of one silicone bracelet which can be adjusted for different ages and includes 36 dots of different colours and some with little pictures. There are more dots than there are studs on the bracelet allowing your child to swap them around and make many unique patterns to be worn on the wrist. The bracelet once connected seems to be fastened quite well and we haven't found that it flies off whilst she's running around and playing. Likewise the Dots once pressed down hard (by an adult) don't come off that easily so we haven't found them all over the house yet. She also uses the "spare" dots to decorate some of her other Lego kitsIn summary I recommend these as an inexpensive novel item that will keep young children entertained and if they like them then larger kits from the Dots range are available.

Great idea, limited customisability
Very sad to hear that the DOTS range is being discontinued. We're fans of this range; such as the message boards, pencil holders and frames. This however was our first foray into bracelets. My concern has always been that pieces will fall off. If care is taken, the tiles do stay stuck on much better than expected. I really like the unique pet themed tiles included here. However with essentially a 14*2 plate to work with, there is very limited customisability here. You can vaguely spell very short names, but even with patterns, there's not much space for creativity. However despite this, these make a great stocking filler/gift as my daughter loved the ability to design her own jewellery.

It's LEGO ..... You can wear it & make pretty designs
Every Child loves Lego .... & a few Adults too ... But this is mainly aimed at the kids .You get a lovely coloured Rubber bracelet that you can attach any of the lego pieces supplied " Or any of your own that you may have ....."It then just wraps around your wrist & is held together by pushing the "Button" through any of the holes to make it the size required.I would have like to have seen this sub £5 .... hence why the 4⭐'s as I think this would put it more into the "pocket/christmas/birthday Money" range for young children. As you can see I have randomly filled the bracelet & there are some spare pieces as it is inevitable that some will get lost when worn.Hope this helps

Novel concept that won’t break the bank.
I’ve loved Lego for as long as I can remember and they’ve been able to evolve and keep up with the trends over the years and this novel new line is interesting but isn’t without its flaws. The design of the pieces are adorable and will appeal to all genders and across a wide range of ages, but practically, they’re not the most robust of items!Bracelets are at the mercy of constant body movement from the wearer, along with coming into contact with clothing, items in our environment etc and when making this (and others from another Lego product that includes these bracelets), we found that the Lego pieces can and do fall/pop off quite easily when worn - even for short periods of time. For £5.99, at the time of writing, they are budget friendly but I don’t think there’s much longevity or long term wearability.

Cute and something different from Lego
Lego is always a winner and this is a very novel idea from them. You get a silicone bracelet and 36 lego "dots" which include some cute kitty and corgi dots. I think the bracelet will have a limited life span, mainly because of the very nature of a bracelet, wearing it, changing your design and so on. I think the age in the main description is on point with 6+ but, the technical product information states 6 months which I feel is dangerous babies and toddlers could very easily swallow the little dots.

Good value for a real LEGO item
At <£6 at the time of my review I think this pet theme version of the DOTS bracelet is priced just about right to still be acceptable value, considering it's a legit LEGO branded item. I know the dots are plastic, but I thought it was worth a nod that the outer packaging is fully recyclable card, I approve. The DOTS fit securely to the bracelet, and the cute flat coloured animal themed illustrations on the key pieces are nice and cute. The customisability is a little bit limited if you only have this set, but if you have others from the range like we do then the other pieces from those kits are compatible with this too, which helps open up the colour theming a bit.
