This item was the best item for the price it’s very easy to use the water temperature is perfect and looks and fits perfect this is a must buy water dispenser for your family instead of buying lots of cases of bottles of water.

This water dispenser made my life so much easier! It’s amazing! Hot water available whenever is so useful without having to wait. I make tea often and hot chocolate for the kids even instant coffee if I’m in a hurry. It’s also nice having cold water without the worry of ice and it’s very icy cold. I absolutely love this it’s my favorite new thing in my home for sure. My kids can easily go get their own water and I don’t have to worry about them being burned because there is a safety switch for the hot water.

When I first got the machine, it did not work properly so working with the manufacturer they replaced the item and their communication was amazing now we have a beautiful working water machine doing just what we need. The hot water is hot. The cold water is cold and it’s just what we wanted. Thank you so much for standing behind your product.

Easy to install. I had a little trouble with a kink in the line but easily troubleshot the problem. Love the hot water feature for Tea anytime. Great product.

This cooler was loud and runs all the time to keep ice cold. The water also came out very slow. The area you put your cup under is not big enough for large water containers. I returned ours and it costed us $78.85 in shipping. What a loss. Would not recommend this water cooler.
