The bottom of the machine that adjusts the needle turns freely my other ones from this same company do not do that. This causes the needle to adjust when tattooing. I didn’t try the machine until after the 30 day return and now I can’t get ahold of the seller. $700 on a machine I can’t use for safety concerns of my clients.

I just purchased one and old boy was right it try’s to adjust itself in middle of tattoo and cannot get ahold of the seller either Since then I bought one from the manufacturer himself

The adjustment the other reviewer is talking about isn’t a defect but actually a new advancement! It’s meant to adjust the stroke length. It clicks into the stroke length of your choice. Excellent machines!
