Difficult to open and pack
A good product but it comes with no instructions on how to unfold it or to pack it away. It was a nightmare to work out how to unfold it. I was literally worried I might break it in the process. I have tried folding it away as well but found it impossible so, as for portability it will just have to be carried as it is. The bag it's supposed to fit into is therefore surplus to requirement! The seller obviously assumes a person is already versed into unfolding and folding the device. Assumptions are often wrong, including mine!
