I'd previously bought the garlic which was great and was not disappointed by the onions. Great value product for anyone wanting a quick and easy fancy dress idea and they will last for re-use. The skins are potentially a little fragile and will rip or start to peel if abused but I've worn the garlands on several occasions and they still look good.

I was really pleased with this when it arrived. Used it for a French fancy dress do - unfortunately the garland broke about 5 minutes after putting it on and I lost several of my onions!

Bought for a fancy dress party where there were at least 30 French onion sellers in attendance, male and female. Many wore this exact product. There were a couple of string breakages so I am not sure how useful this would be as an educational item in the hands of boisterous children. It does help reinforce the French stereotype held by many Brits which is unfortunate but then I bought one!
