I dont normally write reviews but felt having read 3/4/5 stars reviews where some say they lost a load of weight Iam very suspicious. luckily I only paid £24 before they recently hiked up the price.These tablets did nothing for me I remained open minded about the results and followed the instructions to the letter.I experienced no side affects though I did sometimes feel bloated. They are not a miracle, weight loss is unfortunately a lifestyle change.Ive since found Water its self stops you feeling hungry, without the need for tablets, eating less and exercising is the ONLY way to lose weight and keep healthy.For those saying they lost a lot of weight, I can only assume they were eating lots of fatty foods, not eating well, and never drinking water before trying XLS Medical. I would go as far to say a placebo affect may have taken place where because they were consciously eating better and drinking water they did lose weight.Iam sure if you decided your going to lose weight, your in that mind set, and once you take the plunge to purchase the pills you are sure these pills are going to work. I guess you may read my review and ignore and favor the 5 stars reviews, but Iam sure once you try you wished you had listened....Save your money, you have already decided to lose weight you can do it without wasting £32, the only outcome will be you will lose pounds... but from your wallet

These are great. I have an under active thyroid and these are the only things that have helped me lose weight.

I have been using these for about 3 weeks now and have dropped 13lb due to watching what I eat more and taking theseI do find that they make me go to the toilet a lot more often 😂I only take them at weekends and with my evening meal due to above ^ lol

Brilliant works very well l have lost weight.

Difficult to rate.I got these because I thought it was an easy way to lose weight and become healthier. Drinking only water with these tablets make me constipated. I have made some drematic changes in my diet and cutting out fizzy juice and most fruit juces. But having 2 or 3 glasses of juice a day will see there are no problems when going to the toilet.Another thing is that as soon a I swallowed these and they hit my stomache I got cramp for about 5/10 minutes each time. I did however continue to take these for 3 weeks and found that I lost no more weight than I usually do. I stoped after 3 weeks because something inside me was telling me they were doing more harm than good.4/5 days after stopping taking these I have only been able to pass a stool twice.I honestly don't think these are any good in my opinion, if you want to lose weight I would suggest that you stop buying junk food every day/ week. drink water before and after you eat, and eat a maximum of 3 times a day, all healthy main meals. Don't resort to taking pills, you don't know what is really in them...Please like my new facebook page for weight and health advice! [...]Anything is better that using drugs isn't it?

I'm really happy with my purchase of the XLS Medical Fat Binder and I am about to purchase another pack.I found it to be a great support for my diet. Over 7 weeks I lost just over a stone and, whilst I'm sure this had a lot to do with the fact that I was (generally!) careful with what I ate, the XLS Medical Fat Binder definitely helped.I really felt like they gave me the edge, gave me more momentum, an advantage. When I had the occasional lapse, I didn't just give up on my diet like I normally would. I knew that 25% of the fat in my drunken kebab had been soaked up by the tablets and so it wasn't such a bad lapse, so I didn't give up.Like many reviewers, I took 1 at breakfast, 2 at lunch and 3 for dinner (instead of 2:2:2 as recommended) because I found my evening meal to be much fattier than lunch whilst my breakfast is virtually fat free.However I disagree with many reviewers saying that you need remember to take them for every meal otherwise the whole day is lost if you miss one set. The tablets work on the meal that you have just eaten, and nothing else. Therefore if you have a banana for breakfast and you don't take your tablets after, don't worry, it was only a banana, and the next set of tablets will work on your lunch once you take them after you have your lunch.As for side effects, I suffered none. In fact, toilet-wise things improved and flatulence reduced. This would have partly been because of the improvement in my diet, but I believe this was also to do with the tablets. That said, side effects will occur in some people, as is the case for any drug or medical device, therefore it is worth checking other reviews (and more importantly the patient information leaflet) for more details on possible side effects.Finally, I found that they made me feel fuller for longer, and curbed cravings I also had more energy, but this would be more to do with the weight loss itself.There are a lot of reviews that say that it didn't work for them. It's worth reading them. There's also quite a few reviews that say it did work them. For me, it worked an absolute treat, so I'm giving it five stars and I am looking forward to losing another stone over the next couple of months.
