Ideal replacement for a lost front cap
I was on a site survey for work using my own camera and of course popped the front cap down on a surface whilst taking some photos and forgot to pick it up again and by the time I realised what I had down it was too late to return to try and find it. So I browsed Amazon, found this and ordered it.Its been a perfect replacement for the one I lost as you might expect, fitting the lenses I have correctly and being easy to fit and remove as appropriate. Not much more to say really - its does its job properly and that is all I need it to do.

It's a lens cap
It's a lens cap from Olympus with Olympus written on and in Olympus packaging and fits the lens, needed it for an 17mm 2.8 OM lens which I bought second-hand and came without a cap, so looks complete now, not cheap, but my lens looks 'finished' off now.

Lens cap
Used to replace the original which broke when dropped. Fits nicely but could do with a cord as it is fiddly to get on and off as it’s a small lens.

My recommendation is that you don't lose your lens cap. I lost mine and this seems expensive for what is a small piece of plastic, but you are paying for the word "Olympus". It does exactly what is expected of it.

Fits like the original
What can I say? It's a lens cap.But after managing to lose my original somewhere on Holy Island I needed a new one. Luckily I had a filter on to protect my lens but by the magic of Amazon prime I ordered this and it turned up within 24 hours. Now my camera is complete again.Looks and fits just like the original that came with my kit lens. Phew.

I purchased a very expensive camera from John Lewis and the lens cap was missing when delivered, they refused to do anything at all about it only lead me to Olympus to buy another - this is perfect for a fraction of the price
