It’s difficult to give an accurate star rating as the initial tests I did were of old VHS video footage that was 20+ years old. As a budget brand I can say that it is impressively made and more than adequate to do what it’s designed for. It was rather strange than it had a minimum order of 3 units! Then my delivery was 2 + 1! At this price point, it didn’t bother me to buy 3. Still worth the price.

I bought this so I could connect my Sega Mega Drive to my gaming capture setup which only accepts either HDMI or component / composite cables.Works flawlessley and the item itself feels well made. You will need the individual cables beforehand in order to get this to work but once you have them you'll be good to go.Arrived in two days as well. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone either wanting to do what I did or use this to connect things to a TV/Monitor that doesn't have the port you want.

I'll admit, I was rather skeptical that this would work as well.as it did, but I needed a cheap solution to convert my SEGA Saturn's SCART output to RCA (AV) output. It's really clear on my RCT TV. HD TV's may produce different results.The scart doesn't sit as elegantly in the port but still works perfectly. I would suggest laying it on a flat surface where it won't get knocked or fall out.

Works very well

After a single use the metal plug surround came off and stayed inside my VCR! Luckily it was sticking out enough to pull it out with pliars but it could have written off my equipment. AVOID!
