Most cost effective plasterboard wallplug
I find these wall plugs vital to keep in the tool box at all times. As with most houses now, ours has interior walls made of stud work and plasterboard. I've tried numerous different types of fixings to secure things like brackets for shelves but I keep coming back to these as the most cost effective solution which works well.No you wouldn't want to use these for something heavy duty like a tv bracket but they do take a fair amount of weight. They're very easy to drive into the plaster board with a screwdriver and the screws which come with them are also decent.I hope you find my review helpful

I swear by these in my new build home
Since buying a new-build home, I've come to realise that the plasterboard walls would have been stronger if they'd have been made with marshmallows.I struggled to find anything that could secure anything with any weight to the walls, but these fixings have been brilliant. They go in easily and feel sturdy. My advice to anybody who hasn't used these before is to pre-drill a little hole just to check that there isn't any timber behind where you're trying to fix – It might seem obvious, but the fixings will break quickly if you hit anything, leaving a rather ugly hole.So long as you use them properly, these will provide an excellent solution for you.

Good choice
Worked great on plasterboard and so easy to use. The tip of the first one broke but the fixing still worked and several others were fine. Recommended

These screw into walls and fix things
I've never written a review of screws before. One would imagine they either screw in or they don't, but some cheap ones lose the thread on the top if you screw in too tight. Only used a few of these so far, but haven't had that problem. I gave 5/5 for easy to use, but I imagine most folk would - if you don't find screws easy to use it might be even more of a challenge to use the internet to review them. Anyway, these screw in like they were built to do just that and when it comes to holding a mirror to a plasterboard wall (and a bookshelf!) they are holding firm.

Good value for money.
Great product, have used before and find them very handy , just screw into plasterboard walls, screw in tight and job done. Very sturdy and can support quite a bit of weight no holes to be drilled just screw into wall.

Did the job, be careful as they will snap easily.
Bought to hang up some floating shelf’s, they where ok, a couple did snap easily at the end when I had hit cement behind the plasterboard wall. Wouldn’t use for a tougher job.

Brilliant Purchase.
Money well spent on the product. Used several and only had 1 tip break off. Make sure that is fully removed before trying again. Will accept other smaller screws for light weight fixings. Be sure to have sufficient depth behind plasterboard before use. I only had 1 fail and that was because I tried to unscrew the item once firmly in place (having used the long screws provided) Tommy Walsh Poundland plastic jobbies came to the rescue as they have a slightly larger diameter. Finally I generally drill a small hole first into which the tip is inserted however I agree with another reviewer that simply tapping them into the plasterboard works fine.

Perfect for plasterboard walls
These are fantastic and a must have for hanging anything substantial on plasterboard walls. We had issues with a towel rail which would fall off every couple of days: re fixing it to the wall with these and it’s now perfectly sturdy.
