This product is absolutely fantastic for the price. Just takes a bit of tinkering.Used a hammer to release a bit of the stiffness on the handle /shaft You don't need to apply too much pressure with the handle is my advice. This way the machine will last longer xx works great with thicker fabric

The pre-constructed elements were put together in such a way that they couldn't be adjusted, even though finishing required them to be. The unit was heavy which is a positive, but casting was badly done and sharp edges were still there. Coating/paint was patchy.Unfortunately, I can't comment on how easy it was to use as I didn't get to try making any buttons due to the issues above. Poor value for money, despite the sturdy base, the finish and quality let it down badly. Returned right away and will consider other options. So disappointing!

Well impressed with this!I needed a button maker but didn’t want to pay high amounts for something I don’t use much of. Its brilliant! I was skeptical from previous review but don’t let them put you off!Its great with thicker fabrics. Instructions were clear, easy to follow. Putting it together was pretty straight forward, it’s a decent weight and made well! Worked first time perfectly. Wished I’d have bought it months ago!

Looked amazing when out the box but the head (punch ) unit was jammed solid on the pipe , meaning it couldn’t adjust and function. This had to be hammered apart and filed out to enable it to be freed to function. When this was done it works fantastic. If you don’t have a handy person you would have had to send back. I was time sensitive to this wasn’t an option or I would have. The button casings are quite flimsy maybe I will try to find better for the next job.The product if it had came not needing all this to be done would have had 5 stars

I have just received it and have been to work out how to use it... so far enjoying it....but had to figure out how to use it along the way since the instructions are very poor....Please change the instructions as you're teaching to use the machine dies the wrong way around. For a while I couldn't figure out way my buttons were coming out flat and unfinished. The instructions teach to use the dies upside down, therefore resulting in a poor flat finish.However once you get the hang of it it is very good and effective.Please correct does photos and instructions in the booklet provided with machine.

It’s much cheaper than others on the market, so I was sceptical, but this machine is great! Work’s brilliantly on even thick upholstery fabric (tip is to dampen the fabric).Did have to use some common sense putting it together and a bit of strength from my husband to adjust the height, but nothing too taxing really.Previous comments about instructions not being clear are fair, but just took a few minutes to work it out.Fast delivery!Very pleased 😁

I brought this for my mother's birthday present. Once unwrapped you could see the poor manufacturing finish. The cast metal was sharp and ugly, the cast iron head was not adjustable on the shaft as it was so poorly manufactured after taking all the bolts out it still would move and then finally snapped off making the whole unit un useable... total waste of money and I would avoid this product.

This machine is brilliant. Easy to set up, easy to work. Excellent value for money. I cannot believe that people find it difficult to operate !!
