The scissors seem to be fine but the packaging is not okay. It uses way too much plastic: a hard transparent plastic package wrapped in a plastic bag.

Broke the first use trying to spatchcock a turkey. Shears metal is full length through the handle, only about 1/8 of the way and the rest is just hard rubber which cracked on the first use making the shears unusable for the rest of the job. might be suited for a less demanding job. Has to have screw removed to wash, not that great for the kitchen.
