The deformation temperature is generally 60~80℃. Our resin is a thermosetting resin, and it will vaporize when it reaches a certain temperature (above 200~300℃).

Q: Does the resin chalk or wear when used as joints for moving parts or rubbing against itself?

I haven't had that issue, but I can say this is THE best resin I've used in the five or six years I've been printing with resin, it is all I use now!

Q: What are the ultimate strength and percent elongation?

Due to the nature of resin, especially photo reactive resin it would be very difficult to accurately predict or measure those. Exposure and layer height will effect both of those properties as will oxidizing etc. With FDM you can at least analyze it using composite techniques but for resin you'll have to experiment on your own and results will only be applicable to that printer, under that setting, with that condition (temperature oxygen exposure etc).

Q: What is the temp range range can cured parts handle, from coldest to hottest, and can it stand repeated hot/cold cycles?

I haven't experimented with the temperature range but as with most resins it will probably release fes before structural issues and with resins it isn't recommended to put them through sudden temperature changes.
