Seems to work fine at a decent price
I fish alone from small boats and kayaks often and I thought that a waterproof marine radio was a good idea to have with me. This radio is rechargeable and appears to work well. It's compact, light weight and floats.... And the price was right!

This is not a marine radio with frequencies in the Maureen brand
It’s a lie is Radio is not a marine radio frequencies not even in the marine band . verify this with a frequency counter, Not able to find software to correct the problem .

Great radio, you just need to program it. But for the price it's fantastic.
I understand the other negative reviews, but if you go through the trouble of programming it using a PC and the Ksun software, its a tremendous value for the price. After you get the radio it is not programmed, but you can put in just the marine channels you want in about 5-10 minutes with the software (you do need to look up the frequencies to assign for each channel on the internet, it is a little annoying). But once you do it is a great little radio for the $$. A quarter of the price of the name brand units with all the features. Great customer service, there was an issue with my charger and they took care of it quickly and with no hassel. A great budget radio to have around!!!

nice design compact radio
I read the reviews and I was a bit wary. I bought the programming cable on Aliexpress and hunted around and found their Ksun store. They sent me the programming software inside 2 hours. It turned out the radio already had the marine channels programmed, i did not actually need to do anything. I tested the radio and it works fine.

Can't access or locate programing software
UPDATE: I had to reach out to the seller via Amazon to get the software. It shouldn't be this difficult to get. Please fix the website.I have experience with many different handheld radios. I have a amature radio license (ham) and have experience in programing radios via vendor provided software. There is no way currently to obtain the needed software to program this radio. The Ksun website requires you to create an account but this is severely broken. There are no active email addresses or ability to contact Ksun. I have even looked at the html code of the website to try and find if there were simple broken links or "bad code" but to it appears that the site is not maintained. All the email addresses I have found have all bounced. I REALLY wanted to program this radio with the standard Marine frequencies but due to the lacy of software I can't. I wish companies would just design their firmware to be CHIRP compatible. It is MUCH more profitable for them to do this them maintain their own. Generally speaking, companies "think" that they are either protecting IP or eventually going to offer value add services which will some how will need their software. DO NOT BUY THIS RADIO AT THIS TIME.
