first time use item jammed with one CD. AS I cannot see well due to eye surgery I go a computer firm in to see if they could release the CD, theu spend 2 hours charge me £100 but the shredder would not work.I beleived this shredder at nearl;y £100 would doi simple office job ,but sadly No, avoid this machine.Barry
