FE-RX16 Finished End Body Side Molding Compatible with Lexus RX - Eminent White Pearl (085)

I was not happy with the angle at the end of the side molding. I called and discussed this with the President of Dawn Enterprises. Extremely understanding and very cooperative in correcting the issue and sending a replacement. Unfortunately, as with numerous other retailers I expected push-back on correcting the issue and sending a replacement. This did not happen with Dawn Enterprises, all retailers should follow this culture of customer satisfaction as a primary goal. Thank you......Update: 9 Sep, 22Received a corrected set of molding today, perfect. Thanks to Dawn Enterprises for having customer satisfaction as a priority. Thanks for understanding, correcting the issue and quickly sending a replacement set of molding. Few retailers would have responded in such a positive way. I attached a picture of the corrected molding setting on top of the molding sent several weeks ago, the ends of the new molding are perfectly square with the door seam, as they should be....Thanks again!!!!

Side molding arrived and it is installed an hour later. Molding was very well packaged and protected from damage. Color is perfect. As most aftermarket body products, time will be the telling factor as to the quality but first impression is that it will be nice for years to come.. As a cabinet maker might, I snapped a chalk line to get it installed straight then put on the masking tape because masking tape doesn't necessarily always run straight.Thank you, Dawn Enterprises.
