I am a 36 year old woman and originally bought the AutoBrush with the women’s sized brush head, and later had to get the Kid’s 6-8 brush head because the women’s was too big. In case this helps anyone struggling with the brush head size!

It's a great product, but the size for 3-5 year olds is too big for my 3 year old. He's almost 4. It's too big to fit in his mouth.

Are they old? Every replacement head I order says there should be blue bristles but there never is.

My son really liked this toothbrush and it helps him brush his teeth more consistently. The music and vibrations keep him motivated and it seems to give a better clean than a standard brush. It feels like it is more likely to get the whole mouth.

Do not be fooled by the autobrush! I had gone on their website, read all of the reviews and thought what a cool idea it was. I tried to make brushing my kids teeth as fun as possible for them so I thought this was a great way to do it. I was so wrong! I honestly wish when it took forever to get here that I just canceled right there, but I of course wanted what was best for my kids. When it finally arrived my kids hated it! I really tried making it a positive experience for them but getting them to use it was such a battle. And then one of the toothbrushes wouldn’t shut off! We had to keep it in a room and wait for the battery to die! Luckily, customer service sent a new one and we thought everything was okay. Nope! We took our kids to the dentist and they both had cavities, but my son had one so big that they recommended a crown! He’s 7! I told the dentist what toothbrush they used and she told me that autobrush is the worst about cleaning the back of the teeth and that there is or should be a disclaimer that they still need to brush with the manual toothbrush. If I still needed to use a manual toothbrush, what was even the point of the autobrush. I was beyond angry at that point. I spent $240 on the toothbrushes and toothpaste that they hated and now over $2000 in dentist bills because one of my kids needed to be put under. I think the kicker was one of their emails they sent out to me a few months ago was how the autobrush prevents dentist bills! What a joke! When I wrote the company to tell them how displeased I was with this false narrative they are pushing, they offered a refund for me but then let weeks go by. I had to reach out to them again for them to continue to do something. Eventually, they told me because I paid through PayPal they won’t offer me a refund anymore but if I had anymore concerns to let them know. So now, I’m hoping that this review can save other parents trying to make brushing teeth a positive experience. Honestly, my kids were so excited to get the oral-B spin brush and ditch the autobrush. I’m just so disappointed I fell for the scam and how unhelpful their customer service is.

Actually makes brushing enjoyable and it does a good job using the recommended brushing technique

It is convenient, sturdy, reliable and just so effective, I bought one for my 7yr old and one for a gift, will be buying one for myself soon! Thank you Autobrush

We ordered an AutoBrush for each of our daughters (ages 8 and 10) for Christmas and they LOVE brushing their teeth now! Customer service is super accommodating and timely.
