I was a bit skeptical at first, but this product is truly amazing. I used it to help with urinary issues (mainly UTIs), and symptoms improved in just a day. I'm only giving it 4 stars because a label was placed over the instructions and information. I had to come back to Amazon and read the instructions. Very inconvenient and time consuming when I'm trying to get on with my day. Almost zero flavor which I like. Theres a hint of something but barely noticed it until I paid attention.

Taken regularly with 8 glasses of water through the day In addition. For once, I have been clear of uti for a year.

Very pleased with this product

I am 70 years old and my body has a hard time absorbing things sometimes. I took the D-Mannose in capsule form and my body was not absorbing it as well. Once I started taking the power form I could tell right away my body absorbs this product better. I have trouble with bladder infections and this products gets rid of them in one teaspoon in water!

I had a nagging uti , bladder irritation. I had no time to see a doctor so I ordered this and tried it. It worked! Completely gone! Bonus was it also cleaned out my bowels within 30 min of taking it so make sure you plan for that!

Works a lot faster than capsules. Tastes really sweet so it’s easy to mix and drink. Great for anyone who suffers with UTI issues.
