Not new
Opened today and the whole front of the box looks like someone ripped a huge sticker off the box. The whole image is destroyed.

Damaged Item
The entire box holding the cards had come apart on 3 sides. Disappointing that this would have been sent out at all. Item was a gift, now there's not enough time to get a replacement item for Christmas. Frustrating!

Poor packaging and quality
Box damaged not impressed as needed for a gift. Also packaged with stickers on it. Very unhappy. Also found cheaper in a store the next day I had ordered it. Wish I would not have bought from amazon.
