Works pretty dang well. Wouldn't say it's perfect (due to manufacturing tolerances) the natural trajectory of the needle was 1mm off. That being said, after I knew which way to aim it it's been dead on every time. Super simple to use and anyone that's ever changed a cartridge will figure it out in about 1 full second. The part that I like is since I'm blind in one eye, I don't need to worry about pricking my fingers because I can't judge distance. This eliminates that worry.

If you have a Tandem tslim x2 pump, this will be the best purchase you ever make. I'm not sure who designed the filling procedure but here's a ticket to the clue bus. Diabetes = not great eyesight. To say that trying to line up the needle in just the right spot is 'challenging' isa being very charitable. This device takes the guesswork out of the process and has significantly reduced my time it takes to change the cartridge and my associated frustration. This seller, iGuerburnDirect, has earned my eternal gratitude. My only request would be to add other color choices, like maybe a soft pink, or black, etc.Thanks again!Mia

This is a must have item for those who have limited vision or unsteady hands. Filling a syringe for use with an insulin pump takes away the stress of filling the cartridges correctly and eliminating waste with insulin meds.

This product was intended to aim the syringe into the center of the spot to take out air and put in insulin. Good design and not sure the issue is the tool or Tandem. Does work sometimes but so does doing it by hand. Wish the 2 companies would get together and make a better design. Being a diabetic is tough enough.

Fails to center needle for filling, lacks a stop for the depth that the needle needs to enter, and overall is a example of bad design. I fought with this until a friend let me use his made by Cierta. Spend the extra few bucks and save the effort and insulin.

Easier to use than the other, flat device. Snaps cartridge in place without further adjustments like having to press down hard

I as others have noted could not get the needle to align properly with the tank port. A pretty nice item if it had worked.

This is a simple yet very helpful device for filling insulin cartridges. Having vision problems in one eye, I lack depth perception and guiding the needle into the little fill plug on the cartridge used to be a chore. Now, all I do is snap the cartridge in and push the syringe into its guide slot. Bingo, it's that simple!!
