Wonderful Pans
We've been extremely happy with these excellent pans! They're great quality, very sturdy, and cook food evenly. They are a cinch to clean, and they still look brand new even though we use them quite often; I highly recommend them.

Wipe away your troubles
Good size bake sheet that has nice higher edges to keep cooking in sheet.The quality of the nonstick is really great. I don't think it's quite the same as the pans in thickness or durability.However it is really good.Browns meats really nicely while making clean up easy.After cooking much can be rinsed out, thicker bake on wipe with sponge and plastic scraping tool.The oilly feel does cling a bit diseptivly. Using twice over with soapy sponge gets it good though.Much happier using this then baking sheets with nonstick sheets added on top requiring multiple things to clean.Sheets stack nesting perfectly. Great for saving space.

Sturdy, high heat, super cleanup
Was looking for a durable sheet pan that could handle higher temperature without warping. This pan is it. Ended up getting several sizes. These clean up beautifully.

The "Official" Jelly Roll Pan Size
Other than non-stick cookie sheets, I've steered away from baking sheets that have a non stick finish. The half sheet pans are real workhorses in my kitchen, and I learned the hard way that non-stick finishes don't stay non-stick long, plus they stain badly. This baking sheet is very sturdily made, and has a nice heft to it. Sadly, it does NOT fit in my Breville toaster oven, due to the protruding handles on each side. Since I plan to use it to actually make jelly rolls, I'm hoping the non-stick finish will last longer than any I've had on half sheet pans.

Fantastic Baking Sheets!
These are fantastic products. Nothing ever sticks to then, making them a true pleasure to clean as needed. Would highly recommend

Durable
Stays new looking, use after use. Shape stays in tact and finish wipes clean. Seems to really withstand heat, while other brands warp and stain after several uses.
