Lo mejor para la espalda!!!
Si estás muchas horas en la computadora, no dudes en comprarlo!!! He probado otros modelos pero este es sin dudas superior. Es sólido y se puede poner a la altura que precises. Espectacular. Una compra que me hace feliz!!!

Not-so adjustable footrest doesn't stay in place
There's a lot to like about this footrest. I was looking for something heavy-duty (check) with adjustable height (check) that didn't rock or tilt or or do anything fancy (check, check, check). So I was willing to overlook the outrageous price tag for this Safco footrest. But there's one teensy little problem: the actual footrest part doesn't stay in place at.all. As soon as your feet touch it in the slightest, it slides right down the post and lands on the bottom stand. Which, you know, pretty much renders it useless unless you wanted the footbed to be an inch off the floor. My engineer husband thinks we can jury-rig a solution, but I sort of feel I shouldn't have to after spending nearly a hundred bucks.Save your money and look elsewhere. Wish I had.

Well, more expensive than most, but useful, ultra flexible for those who need to keep their feet up more, under many methods.
I'm 5' 7" very overweight and recently had an MCL tear from just walking and sitting poorly. My back gets very sore sitting in a computer chair for 10 hours a day sometimes 4-5 without getting up. Not good for overall health. I bought one of those tilt and adjust foot rests, but besides little elevation, it constantly recedes further under the desk and I have to drag it back, and it is alway moving one side to the other. I've tried this and the design seems to be much better. While maybe it would be better to have a sharper tilt, it definitely raises up higher and wants to stay in place. The only time I've had issues is when I push on the outer edge instead of planting my feet on it.There's no click to adjust, but as long as you have weight on the outside it tends to keep the height. Very strong and fairly heavy this rest can be used in a lot of ways. With a loop in the shaft you can hook this and pick it up rather easily and move it around. I found it useful in my basement, where I used to watch anime a lot with an old back projection HD TV. I have a large overstuffed chair, but my feet are planted. This rest stayed in place on the textured vinyl floor in front of the chair and I raised it almost to the top while I sank down into the comfortable chair. It was good as an ottoman and a lot easier to manipulate. Part of the reason (beside climbing stairs) I've avoided this place is upstairs, I have a recliner / lift chair, that I prefer to use for watching TV. Now with this I can again use my big chair down in the basement for the same.Recommended for those who need to keep their legs elevated and keep proper posture. More adjustable than most, and so much more flexible. More uses than just under a desk. Sitting at a high breakfast stool at home you can keep your legs flexed more with this, or as a footstool for a non-reclinable chair, or outdoors keeping your feet up on the lawn chairs. I have edema, so it helps to keep my legs somewhat elevated all the time. I have an exercise mat that I use in the hallway by the basement door,(because I can't stand up easily unless I put my legs down the basement stairs). I sometimes do leg lifts from a prone position to help my knee, and I was able to use this to keep my feet higher than my heart. This I can't do in any of my recliners, but on the floor I could prop them up about 8-10 inches without much pain and relax. I noticed my swelling went down a lot without my medication, since the medication has done less and less in recent years, it helps to give the veins a bit of a rest not having to pump uphill for a while each day.

Built like a tank, up to 16" in height!
I am a huge fan of footrests....its incredible how overlooked this product is, specially if you sit most of the day at work...I have tried just about every type on the market....but this one has evaded me, or possibly is brand new to the market....Safco solved the biggest flaw in most foot rests.... inability to adjust the height of the footrest high enough! A person 5ft tall would want it higher than a person 6'6" tall !And, people use them for different reasons, which require different heights....For me, I use the footrest to rock back in my exec. high back chair while working at my PC. Totally taking all the pressure off my back, almost zero gravity position. Without a foot rest, a chair will often not stay in the rocked back position, or if it did... your feet would dangle below... making the back of your legs have a lot of stress from the edge of the chair. I have found some that work decent, but I could never get one high enough....Problem solved! The 2129BL does just that! It adjust up to 16" and as low as 3.5"! It will pretty much accommodate any height position you need....This foot rest does not have all the angles the older styles have...but IMO, that is not significant, as you put your foot on the edge of this footrest... the edge is curved to accept your foot... if you're barefoot, it might be a bit less comfortable vs the standard type which changes angles. Safco task master foot rest is similar in height, and has a slight angle. This footrest is by FAR, the heaviest duty foot rest I have used in 25 years.... Built like a tank, all metal with very robust plastic rest. Rubber feet prevent it from sliding around. Assembly is two screws.I know, its only a foot rest...but when you use something every day, having the right fit matters. Work is painful enough, dont need to make it any more painful than necessary ;)If you need a high foot rest that will last forever, I highly recommend the 2129BL...
