Both of my boys could keep my yard looking good and clean

After only a few uses, the motor began to freeze up. I took the power washer to an authorized service dealer for warranty repair. The warranty repair was denied because they said Amazon is not an authorized dealer. I cannot find this anywhere in the warranty information that the purchase must be made from an authorized dealer. I will never buy a Ryobi product again.

Easy to use to clean outdoor decks and furniture

Meh. Very meh.I thought it being a 40V, it would have some good punch behind it. But, to tell you the truth, it doesn't.It is a little stronger than the out door faucet it comes out of.If you need something like this, this is "decent". But, I would spend less money on a 110V pressure washer that is 3-5 times as powerful for a lot less.

It works great for cars, but it will not replace a plug in, or especially a gas operated pressure washer for sidewalks and driveways. Be sure to get a couple spare batteries because this thing is a monster on power consumption. I bought it to clean my car (which it's perfectly safe for on "3") and to clean off my boots and tires when they get muddy in construction sites.Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was because it came with a handle, which unless you're a 10 year old, you'll never need.Thing works nice though. It really does. I love how you use use a 5 gallon bucket as a water source, even more so how you can use a 2l bottle and it comes with an adapter. Even your hose. Just wish it wouldn't smell like it was burning while you use it on "3". Not sure if mine is defective or not. But it is nice. I do recommend getting this product yall. Amazon doesn't sell it, but go to lowes or home depot and buy the foam blaster attachment if you want to use it for your car. The foam makes a big difference, and this thing is great for rinsing your car off with minimal water.

It works ok, pretty weak compared to a real pressure washer and often doesn’t put out an adequate stream

First off, this is not as powerful as a gas powered power washer, and that is not the intent of this washer. I have other Ryobi 40V equipment, so I have more batteries than the one provided with this washer.The battery provided will give you about 20 minutes of use. I use this to power wash my boat and I really think it works great. It also works great cleaning the boat canvas as well. For my use, this power washer is perfect. If you are looking for a more powerful washer to clean your homes vinyl siding, or clean your deck, I would instead purchase a gas, or plug in electric power washer for that. I have a gas powered power washer for those type of heaver duty applications.

this product arrived defective from the moment i opened it. charger will not charge battery and product is useless. I tried ordering a replacement 3 times now and all replacements have been cancelled with no explanation. If return and refund does not get approved i will file this as fraud.called ryobi and they stated this seller is not an authorized retailer for their products and they cannot help with issue. This is a horrible way to do business and i would encourage people looking at this product to avoid using the seller at all
