Yes ,one APP on your mobile phone can control two or more controllers, as long as the bluetooth is synchronized. ( Turn on the bluetooth of your mobile phone, then open the downloaded APP, there are multiple bluetooth devices displayed in the upper left corner of the APP, click on them and connect, after synchronization, it can work normally. )

Q: Can I cut a section out of the ring? I need a few inches out of the ring or make a single cut?

We're afraid you can't cut, if you cut part of the ring, it will affect the whole effect. Cutting is not recommended.

Not sure. Look up the dimensions of your headlights and compared to the dimensions of the product. You’re going to have to disassemble your headlights and make some minor modifications to install these, so make sure you do your due diligence.
