I bought two of these robot vacuum cleaners - one for myself and one for my parents, and initially they were great, not amazing but did the job and the company resolved any minor issues we had. Fast forward to around the 18month mark and it stopped working as well as it had done - poor suction, loud noise from the internal motor and in my parents case stopped completely. My vacuum was a work horse in a busy house so I could understand things going wrong with it but my parents used theirs once a week so it is highly suspect that they had similar issues with theirs at the same time. I contacted Laresar and they were initially very responsive to my emails and engaged back and forth to troubleshoot, promised me replacement parts had been shipped and pretended to check tracking etc - what I did not realise is that they were keeping me engaged trying different things until the warranty on both ran out. When this happened they completely stopped replying to me and have not engaged since, no reply to direct or indirect messages and Amazon can't do anything as both are outside the warranty. So moral of the story, buyer beware.

I recently purchased the Laresar robot vacuum and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The accompanying app is great for controlling the vacuum, and it is incredibly easy to use.The vacuum itself does a fantastic job cleaning all the floors in my apartment. It efficiently navigates through different rooms and corners, leaving them spotless. It completes the cleaning process in about 50 minutes, which is quite impressive.One of the standout features of the Laresar robot vacuum is its ability to create a map of my apartment during its first outing. This allows me to direct it to clean specific rooms, saving me time and effort.Overall, I am highly satisfied with the Laresar robot vacuum. It is a great product that saves me time and ensures my floors are always clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning device.

This broke within 4 months of purchase. I contacted Laresar support in Feb. They said they would replace the part and took all my details. They didn't, I emailed them to chase as we have been without a working product for two months and they said:"Hello,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.As our L6 Pro model has been discontinued, it will take some time to source the necessary parts.We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this process.We are doing our best to expedite the procurement and will keep you updated on the progress."This is not acceptable, the device comes with a 1 year warrantee and our device is not working. They were not even going to tell me and I had to chase them.

The media could not be loaded. After some research this seemed to come up trumps when weighing up reviews and prices. They’ve offered me some bonus accessories to write a review.I’ve uploaded a video of her doing her work in the kitchen, generally her mopping isn’t that wet, I spray method floor cleaning directly on the floor as it says to only add water to the tank. We moved the sofa one day and the difference in the dirt we picked up compared to where the hoover does her work was quite impressive! Not just the hoovering but the mopping side too.The app is really easy to use, ridiculously easy. She maps the house out herself, just press go! Our downstairs is open plan and she navigated everything very well.Battery life is great, I’ve had her do a deep clean which takes about an hour and she’s still got plenty left. In this mode she zig zags and makes a pattern that covers each bit of the floor twice.The emptying is quite noisy but very short, maybe 30 seconds or less. She has different suction settings so if you’re trying to watch the tv and she’s on you can set her to quiet.All and all happy with my purchase, she comes with a few spares and the app keep an up to date percentage of use for when things will need replaced. Side brush etc.Happily recommend her to friends & family alike.
