My wife and I have tried several brands of fish sauce and this is our go to. We eat Prik Nam Pla with just about everything and this is a staple in our house. Would recommend 100%. Fantastic on corn on cob. Smell is not wonderful but when you use on corn it goes away.

The flavor is very very good, clean and bright. I used to use squid brand which is a great budget fish sauce, but this Vietnamese sauce is definitely better. While it costs more, I find I need less of it to get the job done. I use fish sauce in almost all savory foods, from gravies, soups, stews, meatloaves to marinades. Its's umami and enhances everything. I use a lot of fish sauce. This is a lovely one.

Just add salt instead

I buy the same extract brand and bottle at the Asian markets every where in Sacramento, CA for only $5.99 or $6.99. Its over price on here. Best fish sauce I preferred!
