Nice mag holder and well worth the low cost
I have 9 30/round 5.56 mags for my AR15 and I decided to try out this mag pouch. It holds my mags very securely and I will be buying a couple more for my other mags. What else can I say about it other that it holds them good and snug while providing easy access and can be worn on a tactical belt through the slots or mounted MOLLE style on your backpack, vest, etc. These are good quality mag holders that won't break your wallet.

This is a good product overall and was made well
This is a good product overall and was made well, and it should fit most tactical belts since the Velcro loops on the back are large. However, this item is meant for large magazine clips maybe for ppl in other states outside CA. Not for CA pistol 10 round max clips, the pocket is too big. Also this is not ideal for quick drawing of magazines, it would better used for storage of magazines.

It's simple and I like that
So I got these for a cosplay, I didn't know what type of mags I would want to put in there if any and it pretty much holds them all. The fact that it's Molly you can attach to pretty much anything so I found a cool thing that attaches the leg and I can just Molly it in there or I can put it on my ammo bag. Not for that tacticool look but holds them well for a range day.

Seems well made
Seems well made. It's a snug fit. Each pouch will fit one mag only. I wanted a closed top design for long term magazine storage. There are 2 straps in the back to attach to molle. If you weave the straps it seems pretty secure.

Great for keeping your mags safe but accessible
I did some combatives training for personal growth and to challenge my middle-aged self and purchased these to keep my mags. They're great! I never trusted (and have had many soldiers reinforce this distrust) the open-top mag pouches that are so popular today. These kept my mags safe during training, but also accessible; the time to flip up that velcro tab does not seriously eat into your reload time enough to worry about. There are tradeoffs to be sure with any thing, but I'd rather have my mags still on me and take an extra second than reach back and oops, no ammo...Also very good for other gear like first aid equipment, radios, compass etc and with the same advantages: safe but accessible.

Made for longer mags
Anything shorter than a 30 round mag and the cover flap will drop past the velcro attach area on front. Also the main front fabric that holds the mag is not 800D; it's quite thin with some kind of soft plastic bonded to the inside which likes to snag the magazine when inserting. The rest is thicker material and the cover flap has some kind of reinforcement in the middle. Can't beat the price though.
