I got this on a whim. Now that I have it I have found that it is a handy pair of tools to have around. I didn't realize how much I need them. They are well made, but I would not use them on heavy duty work. I use them mainly as an extra set of hands, and for that they are great.

PROS:As an assistive lifting device, these jacks are definitely decent, and do fit into small, narrow spaces.CONS:DUE TO THE SMALL FOOTPRINT OF THE BASE, THESE JACKS COULD DEFINITELY ALLOW A LOAD TO SHIFT AND DROP, IF NOT PROPERLY PLACED AND MONITORED.(Sorry for the all caps above, but I thought that was an important point to make to realistically set peoples expectations and keep people safe.)Squeezing the handles to jack a load up, especially if it’s heavy, might be a test of endurance of your own personal hand strength.

I like these jacks but would LOVE them if it had a few improvements (which no one seems to offer). They need to be a bit taller and have at least the ability to offer a longer reach. This would mean the ledge that slips under what you are lifting is longer or can extend. Doing that would make the foot need to extend out further so that they have a good support. I wanted to lift my washer but it would not reach out far enough to get under it well. I would love to have the optional way to reach out a bit further - as well as lift up to 24” high.REVIEW UPDATE: Notice that these lifts are meant to lift LIGHTWEIGHT objects. Just because you can get the tabs under something and have the hand strength to squeeze the lever doesn't mean you should try and lift just any old thing! I tried to lift my brand new fridge to get the dolly under it. It got about 1 1/4" off the ground and POP!! the top of both jacks simultaneously snapped off and the fridge dropped. There is only a small TEE of plastic at the top of the shaft that holds a grip on the bar it climbs. When that breaks it just slides (quickly) down the bar with no more break. Not cool. Thankfully they both died simultaneously or the fridge could have tipped over and fallen on me. Bottom line = $49.95 wasted and a lesson learned. Another life seminar...

1 worked, very happy with that one, the other will not lift much at all.

Worked great the first couple of times, but then 1 stopped working. Will not raise up with the slightest bit of weight on it.

THE DESCRIPTION SAYS MAX WEIGHT IS 365, BUT IN CONVERSATIONS WITH THE SELLER...I WAS TOLD THE RECCOMMEDED WEIGHT "SAFE" CAPACITY IS ACTUALLY 220 LBS. IS THE 365 JUST CLICK BAIT? ON TOP OF THAT, THE DESCRIPTION SAYS: jack specification: The Labor Saving Arm Jack can hold a weight up to 365 Lb and lift objects up to a 4.33 inch height. Its self-height is 15.55 inches with 1.43Lb weight. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE? IT DOES NOT EVEN POST WHAT THE WEIGHT CAPACITY IS FOR JUST 1 LIFT IS. A JACK WERE YOU DO NOT KNOW ITS WEIGHT CAPACITY....IS TRULY DANGEROUS. FOR THAT REASON, I WOULD NOT RECCOMMED ANYONE TO BUY THIS LIFT JACK. HOPEFULLY, THEY CAN CLEAR IT UP SO THAT PEOPLE CAN KNOW AND FEEL CONFIDENT ABOUT ITS SPECS.....SO THAT THEY DO NOT EVERLOADED AND CAUSE FAILURE THAT CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS.

I was really impressed by this little gadget lifter. Just like having an extra set of hands. I used it to adjust the leveling feet of a 200 lbs bathroom vanity. It did its job. I highly recommend this product.
