Don’t purchase this product. It is flimsy and not safe. We put it together and it was a terrible cage. It is for a guinea pig not a cat. Amazon refunded me. The litter box doesn’t even fit and the cat can fall through the top shelf or tear it. The tiers are help together with plastic ties. It is very unstable and a cat can chew on the plastic and choke. Horrible product

Perfect for traveling and then at the hotel

This thing would.be fine for a small kitten or puppy. I wouldn't trust it for a ferret or any pet that would work hard to get out. It's just a temporary holding place. Also, I have to use a leash clip to hold it closed because it doesn't come with a latch. Very flimsy- use when you can supervise.

The item was missing a lot of pieces, definitely came used. The box looked like it was retapped at least a few times. One of the bottom pieces had a rip in it already. No instructions so just had to figure it out on my own with just the product photo. I recieved my kitten before I had the cage set up so just had to make it work and used cardboard and zip ties for the stuff that was missing. Way too small for any long term use.

I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building and have a balcony and was uneasy letting my cat roam as she pleases (she has no self control!). I tried using a harness and it was a battle. I purchased this cage so we could sit on the balcony together and it worked as I'd hoped. It was a bit difficult to put together but the zip ties were necessary to keep the mesh panels from falling apart and making it sturdier.. I use a velcro strip to keep the door closed. Adding a couple toys and hanging feathers helped my little one to enjoy her personal space. The instructions were not the best when it came to attaching the door but it seems to me there should be something provided as a catch to secure it. What's the purpose of the door when it can be opened so easily? Another reason I purchased this cage is that it can be taken apart and stored for the winter, but new zip ties will have to be purchased when putting it together again. Today was our first day so we'll see how it goes in the future.

I know the price should have given it away, but I thought my cat could fit in it. He can, but without the shelf. Also, the ladder is ridiculously small and too steep. When I opened the box I expected to see some directions. After all one of the selling points is easy to put together. If it weren't for a video on a bigger cage, I wouldn't have had a clue where to start. I have put my XL travel carrier against an area I left open and use the door on the top so I can change the litter box and water. I do not recommend this item.

Supposed to be made for kittens. Well let me tell you this is inferior and very dangerous. My kitten got his head caught in the panel. Had to get wire cutters to get him out. Very inferior not like Amazon
