I was more tense than the floss!
This is absolutely worthless. The floss lost tension after the second tooth. The handle just cannot hold it tight enough. I used their floss, too, so there's no way to screw up loading it. And I tried a couple of different times. It's garbage, both literally and figuratively.

Bad quality floss, does not hold in place
Overall really hoped to be able to use this product but the floss was terrible quality, felt so uncomfortable, and the handle does not keep floss in place at all. I had to restring three times on my first attempt.

Doesnt work as advertised
I quit using this and threw it out. It does not work as advertised, at least for me.
