cheaper from what I looked up. Tudca seems to be the new liver supp, but I still use milk thistle with it. CEL, from what I remembered was a solid company way back in PH clone days, looks like they are still at the fore front of supplements. Just hate the air in the caps on this one.

Great supplement

I'll have bloodwork done soon to check liver values but I'll say one thing; TUDCA cleans out the liver bile ducts and you'll know it's clean and in great working order if your poop has a deep, rich, brown color to it and brother, my poop looks fantastic! So I guess it's working :)
