nice upgrade from my crosswave
So first, the good. I like how it looks - the design is sleek in a very retro-future kind of way. It’s not bulky like my old Crosswave, and comes with its own cleaning tool (and is much easier to clean in general). It dries the floors better, doesn’t leave behind streaks. Other people commented that a full charge only gets you about 30 minutes of use, which really worried me because I like to clean my floors all in one go and I was sure that task took longer than 30 minutes, but so far it’s never died on me mid-use.Pretty much my only complaint is that the solution tank is really small, and goes through the water quickly. Even with the floors picked up and swept beforehand, I can only get a small section of floor done before running out of water, even on the “low” water setting. Having to constantly stop and refill the tank became such an annoyance to me that I started mixing solution in a pitcher and just pouring it on the floor as I go. This was something I would only do with my Crosswave in the event of a huge mess, and while it works out well for me it does feel stupid that I have to do it in order to make cleaning with this more efficient.A tip for everyone who buys this: if it starts to lose suction, don’t drive yourself crazy looking for a clog or some kind of mechanical issue. If there’s no apparent clog when you do your first check, run it through a couple cleaning cycles with very hot water. If it persists, change the filters. You’re welcome.

Constantly Leaks and Leaves Dirty Water All Over Floors
This is the worst hard floor vac/mop cleaner I have ever purchased. I’ve been a big fan of Bissell for years. I always upgrade to the newest CrossWave, and decided to give this a try. While this machine is an improvement over the CrossWave in many ways, (In fact, it’s design mimics the Tineco iFloor series) it is overall a complete waste of money.Negatives:While this machine is more lightweight and easier to clean than the CrossWave, it has almost no suction power. It cannot scrub or “wash” your floors, like the CrossWave or Tineco, rather it lightly glides only picking up what’s on the surface (and not well). There is little to no suction, so do not expect to use this as a vacuum, or expect this machine to mop up the dirty water properly. This machine leaves streaks and puddles of dirty water everywhere! The machine is also very flimsy and will get marked up after the first use. Please save yourself the hassle and research a different vac/mop floor washer that has more power and better suction.Positives:This machine is easier to clean than the CrossWave and has a better design. However the power and suction are just not adequate to clean anything properly.Overall:I would not recommend this product and have returned it. If you’re going to invest in a Vac/Mop Floor Washer, spend some extra money on one that actually works; one that has the power and the suction to do what it advertises. There are so many better alternatives available!

This thing is a game changer
First, let me tell you I am a 59-year-old female with bad knees usually on the weekend. I spend a lot of time mopping my slate tile flooring. It’s a big job I have about 1500 ft.² of slate flooring. This little vacuum mop has made all the difference in the world. It is so easy to use. Let me say it does tell you it is for regular tile and hardwood floors have regular tile in my bathrooms, but most of the rest of my house is slate flooring. I can do all of my house on a single charge. I do have to empty the dirty water once or twice. I just toss it in the front yard and go on , sometimes I use bleach sometimes I use simple green. They tell you to use things they’re not gonna foam up and I know that is really important. Sometimes I just use what I have on hand. I don’t have to have any more knee pain by getting on the floor, that is really important to me , this machine has taking mopping and vacuuming to the next level and made it very very simple. The cleaning on this thing is so easy five year-old could do it. I have a large black lab who has a lot of hair so I usually vacuum and mop at least twice a week , the hassle out

very good for small areas
I didn't have high aspirations for this product but needed something quick and easy to use without having to plug in my heavy floor cleaner especially during the electrical high demand rates. It does a very good job, however, I always vacuum with my cordless vacuum stick before using as it doesn't tolerate dog fur well and just moves it around. Yes I do wish it had a larger water tank as you can't go far without refilling and emptying the tank, which I do at the same time but it's very easy to do. Certainly you do not need as much detergent as suggested, I just put a small drop and then fill with water. On the whole, if you need something for a quick wipe over this is ideal but not really suited for the whole house. Good on my tile stairs and bathrooms. Gave it a 4 star review because it's not entirely suited for pets and also the small water tank.
