Didn't work
Didn't work for me was trying to get a VCR to work on my granddaughters TV and this just simply didn't work tried everything, but no picture no sound nothing. Unfortunately, looks like I'm in for another 60 day return wait for a refund.

Worked great
Just got it yesterday but so far so good!! Had it set up and was watching a dvd in less than 5 minutes! It was exactly what I needed to hook up an older dvd player to a new tv that only had hdmi ports.

Works, but not the best design
The device does what it's supposed to . . . turn an analog signal out of a DVD/VCR player into an HDMI input. The picture produced is as it should be.But the device needs power from a USB-C cable and the design has the socket on the edge of the HDMI plug, which forces you to use the lowest HDMI input on your TV. In the case of our new Samsung TV, that's HDMI-1, but it barely fits because the antenna input is directly below the HDMI-1 socket . . . it cannot be plugged into HDMI-2 or HDMI-3 if you intend to use all three HDMI inputs.A better design would have simply made the shell around the electronics thicker and placed the socket at the back of the plug or on the flat side instead of on the narrow, rounded edge. You get what you pay for -- it's inexpensive and it works, so I guess I'm OK with it.

Ease of use
I like the fact that I can now play Mario and other games (not duck hunt) bummer. Other than that it is an excellent product for the Classic NES. I immediately hooked the cord up to my Phillips 32” flat screen and 💥 there it was. It is a little pixelated but it adds to the nostalgia of playing an old favorite. I would definitely recommend this product for a super cheap fix to play on any HDMI supported tv.

Didn’t work at all!
Very disappointed with this! Wasn’t even able to get a picture to come through on the screen. Not sure what went wrong with it, but for me, it was a total waste of money.
