I have only been taking for a week but can tell a difference already and am excited to see whats to come taking them long term. I have more energy feel more calm and just all around feeling better, They are a little pricier than some but def worth it for around 20 dollars a month . There is no after taste and I take them without food and no upset stomach. The vitamins are formulated for older womens needs heart eyes skin and energy levels just to name a few and formulated to absorb, This will be on my autoship.

Love these vitamins! I am over 60, with MTHFR issues, so it’s difficult for me to find a vitamin I can absorb easily without giving me the jitters. Has also helped with fatigue, and gives me that energy boost I need for the day. I think they’re great!

I was not too happy to see that this vitamin was a hard tablet - preferring a capsule. But, it does seem to be a good replacement for the Vitamin Code 50 and Wiser Women which has either been discontinued or is just impossible to find in stock anywhere. I really like that it's a 1- pill only dose.

I have finally found the perfect vitamin for me. Usually, it’s very difficult for me to take multivitamins because I get stomach irritation, feel nauseous and get jittery.But this vitamin is a game changer for me. I can even take it on an empty stomach. There’s no bad smell either. I would definitely recommend this product.
