A local ac company quoted me 1348$ to replace a seized up motor and non working capacitor… I replaced both of them myself in 20 minutes and got my ac working again for 225$

Very easy to install in HVAC unit, quality seemed on par with OEM has been running for the last 2 seasons with now issues. Will use again in future if this one fails

It is kind of pricey for the part, but overall easy to install, and better than paying an AC person hundreds more to fix the problem.

My motor had a defective screw at the bottom which holds the motor in place. I hope the other 2 do the job. It is being held by two screws. I don't have time to go to the process of returning the item which would take days for a replacement part. You almost can't survive that long with a 100 degree temperature hitting your home.
