A little long but easier to swallow than the large tablets. Dr prescribed for muscle cramps and muscle wasting. Helpful for cramping in less than a week. The body makes its own taurine. My body does not make enough. Too much of anything can be a bad thing so do some research before taking any supplements.

I have been using L Taurine for a while now. It is supposed to help preserve muscle mass as we age. I think it is working at 3 capsules a day as I still have good muscles. I will continue taking it as it is good for the heart too.

I found the capsules hard to swallow because they consistently get stuck in my throat no matter how much water I used. To take them I have to take them out of the capsule, empty it onto a spoon and use the spoon to swallow it. With all the trouble to use this product it makes me wonder it it should have a 3rd party seal of approval / verification.
