Perfect for Pilates needs
All good resistance levels, I find the medium strength best suits my needs (I ‘m not young, petite and not particularly strong). Works well with a theraband. Good to have your own things for the class and at home.

Great quality loop bands made from durable material, great colors , matches the fun outfit, well worth this product! Would recommend to invest in a pair of loop, you can take it anywhere with you, download YouTube exercise a for this and you get a full body workout!
