Q: What size screws/bolts does this chair need? None came in the box.

our shipment was missing a bolt also, we ordered bolts from Amazon, I believe what worked for us was "M6 x 8mm Button Head Hex Socket Cap Screws Bolts, 10.9 Grade Alloy Steel, Black Oxide Finish, Fully Threaded" although we had to order a pack of 50. Even more challenging was getting all 4 bolts in, the match of the plate slots with the seat holes was poor, it took multiple trials to get all the bolts to thread deep enough to really grip before tightening. We prevailed in the end. The castors by the way work very poorly. But in the end I like the chair.

17” left to right x 15” front to back

Q: How many inches wide is the wheel base?

Not totally positive, but will say that it may be about 1 1/2 inch to 2 inches larger than the base of the seat. Chair that we bought is used in teenagers room at her desk, that is a desk from kids furniture size of desk.
