I took this stuff for a year, eliminated almost all carbs and sugar-creating products and my bad cholesterol decreased 20 points! No joke! I was super skeptical but after I received my annual labs, I honestly could not believe the results. Yes, a little pricy, but it totally beats getting on chemical-based cholesterol meds, which I was determined to NOT start.Mind you, I don't exercise, except taking my doggy out to do his business, so if I did exercise, I'm sure my levels would have gone lower. I love this stuff!

Verified PurchaseI’ve been taking this for about a year. I posted a picture of my labs before taking the supplement and one of my labs after taking the supplement. My numbers are much better! I made no major changes to my diet or exercise between labs either. These really do work! They are more expensive than I’d like, but with real results its worth it.

I don't normally write reviews, but to let you all know my anecdotal experience. This dropped my LDL by 39 points in about a month. I also increased my fiber intake and cardio frequency for that time period.

This is a good product which I can also get from my doctor. The last batch that I got through Amazon had capsules that had leaked open, but so the ones at the doctor's office had as well! He instructed his patients not to take them and returned the whole batch; which was all bad, and received a different lot number. The new lot number is fine. I would suggest that the providers used by Amazon should check with the company "Pure" and ensure that the next lot number is a safe one.

Package arrived on time and completely intact, I was concerned because of the heat (live in SW Florida), but all was well. Thank you. Just started taking at the advice of my physician so have no feedback on how well it works, but, if helpful, this is the brand of supplements my physician always recommends. :)

I am giving it 1 star because I just received a new bottle and all capsules are covered in yellow powder. It looks like some of the capsules broke while shipping. The main problem is not how they look but they are difficult to swallow down because of the bitter taste due to the yellow powder.

I've always liked Pure Encapsulations for their purity of ingredients and not having fillers in their supplements. It is my hope they stay this way since the company was recently purchased by large major company.
