Great farm pond aerator!
Purchase this aerator for my 3 acre farm pond after constant 85+ heat and age starting to build up! Ran the aerator off of my farm generator for 12 hours a day for a week and it really cleaned up the water/alge. Also. added blue dye to stop algae growth. My bass. bream, crappie and other fish love all of the extra oxygen. Also purchased the pump cage as I have a lot of turtles and didn't want one of those suckers to crawl into the pump and break the blades!. I purchased a 75 foot cord but wish I had gotten 100 feet. Get a longer cord if you can as it will give you extra flexibility to move the aerator around.

we have been using this product for years
We have been using this product for years to keep algae out of our pond . The only time it was off was to pressure wash muck off it .I found out they are repairable, the one we had lasted 8 years and started popping our GFI so we replaced it. So for less than half the price when this on gives us any issue we will send it in, but I know that will be years. Highly recommend this product .

A good means to aaerate a small pond.
This unit is effectively aerating my pond. Switched from a fountain that clogged with snails and gunk. This machine is just a floating propeller that churns the water vigorously at the surface. I have it controlled by an ordinary WEMO switch, with sunrise/sunset rule. It has been very reliable all summer.

Works well!
Works perfectly! It really moves the water...a little loud, but definitely does the job.

complete disappoint and support was worse
has never performed as advertised. it was replaced 3x and the same. Tech support, Customer service and engineering were useless. today i have it running at about 10% of the displacement, if that. I will never buy another product from Kasco.

Works great!
Came sooner than expected. Hooked it up same day and what a difference it made in our pond! Algea was already being broke up. We have a spring fed pond and it churns it up great. Doesn’t have a bottom screen though to block big debris so may invest in that in the future.

good pump so far
Aerator performing as advertised. Will reserve judgment until season has concluded.Package arrived without assembly instructions and without owners manual making the extra shipping costs incurred for fast delivery a waste of money. Seller's owner was very accommodating and helpful nevertheless. Internet download of manual was the workout.

12 hunnit dolla's... Good LAWD... that's alot a money.
It really moves the water... I honestly had thought that it having 100' of cord was gonna be enough... AND it was. Lol...I haven't received my 1st power bill yet though...It makes the threadfin shad in my pond gravitate towards it and all the bass gravitate towards the shad around the surface agitation because of the oxygenated water, and that helps keep the bass off my bluegill in the pond quite a bit more than usual. ALOT more open water pelagic predation is happening especially an hour or 2 after sunrise and an hour before sunset. The bass are choosing to loosely school a bit more often in the highly oxygenated area of open water that's around the agitator , staying suspended in water 8 to 9 feet in depth with no structure or cover nearby. About 6 or 8 times per hour usually about the 3lb to 8lb bass size class will come rocketing up out of the deeper water on the 4" to 6" shad I had cast netted & stocked in my 1.7 acre pond myself... just like a white shark that's breaching the surface when after a seal coming or going from the breakwater area in the ocean. They hit them literally a foot or even less than that away from the electric motor sometimes . I do have to turn it off when I feed the fish though... because, they can't hear the vibrations of my footsteps as I'm walking down the bank to throw out the pellets and don't come towards me if it's still on pushing the food to the bank.
