I do not recommend this product
They have a picture of Ingredion Cerelose. But that is not what you will receive. In the "fine print" it says the brand is generic. But I purchased this on my cell and all I saw was the picture of the brand I wanted. I think this is deceptive. If you are selling a generic product, have a generic picture. I am not sure of who manufactured the product, but when I used it, I got a headache. Ended up throwing it out and going back to the NOW 10 lb containers. More expensive, but no headaches.

Get the bucket!!
Put it in a square bucket not a bag! It would be able to stacked that way and easier to handle.

Ok
It leaks a little bit. The packaging is loose and it leaks, but only a tiny bit.

Very Good Quality..
Product in OEM bag as shown. Other suppliers can sometimes be lumpy, but these are consistently free flowing. Will order again.

Chunky
This glucose is ground super-fine but there are chunks of stuck-together glucose in every spoonful. These DO dissolve but could interfere if you want to make a fondant.Glucose is NOT like sucrose. It participates in the 'Maillard Reaction' (browning/blackening) at much lower temperatures and is therefore not entirely suitable for some baked goods. I once made an angel-food cake that came-out black. Also, glucose burns the throat ever so slightly while sucrose does not. But it does not promote dental carries and there are myriad metabolic advantages (over sucrose). Furthermore, it tastes very good.
