Easy Peesy
This is so easy to use. You fill in the holes or WHAT NOT. Let the purple puddy dry and turn brownish yellow. Sand it. And paint. Done and done. Quick dries. Real decent for projects.

Great product
Love this wood filler. Spreads smoothly, sands easily and accepts stain. Product tends to thickens over time and exposure to air. Add a little water and it's like new.

Useful. Dries to a light wood color, Have not tried staing it, It is a weak filler.
Have used it on several items; to fill in holes in wood and although purple colored when in the jar, it dried to a light wood color. Should be fairly easy to stain. I also used it as a filler for small wood and plastic projects and surprisingly, it did stick to polyethylene a little also. Fairly easy to apply, but no fiber like my previous wood dough. when dry crumbles easily. It is not strong, nowhere as strong as my previous wood dough. I would use this only to fill small holes in wood.

Great wood filler
This is great if you need a bit more hardness and structure to whatever you are filling. When I'm just paint over I use spackling but this is great for large or small holes. It sands just like wood once it hardens.

If you want a good wood filler this is it!
Elmer's is the best of its type. I grew up with my dad using it for his job and around the house and since then this is what i use around mine. I've tried other brands when I couldn't find Elmer's and found it to be far better than the competition. Some are to dry so it doesn't smooth out good while others just seem cheap. Glad I found Amazon carries this cause its getting hard to find at brick and mortars.

Doesn’t stain like stated
This product does not take stain. It was easy to apply and dried like a light wood. Would likely be a good option for somebody who isn’t planning to stain over it or is planning to paint over it- but stain is not a good option for this product

Works great
It worked well, was easy to spread, and the stain adhered like I needed.
