Works great. Slight distortion in the speaker but nothing major.Small price to pay in function to keep the phone from getting wet or damaged. Decent price as well.

It is supposed to be sturdy and water tight. I'm not sure if it is. Only time will tell.

I am honestly so happy so far! I just got a new phone because I accidentally shattered the screen on my old one. So I wasn't playing around this time when it came to a case! I decided on this one. It's so cute, love that it's see thru so I can still peek at my mint phone. I also love that it clips all around my phone and has the built in screen protector! It was pretty easy to get on and off. The screen protector doesn't always capture my fingerprint right away, like others have said, but it will if I place my finger just right. The plug over the charging port was hard to open the first two times, but it's loosened up a bit and is easier now. It honestly doesn't bother me! I love that it's water resistant so if I do happen to drop it in the snow or something, it won't be ruined. I recommend this product!

Overall unhappy with this case. Can feel the screen protector tapping under your finger tips. Cannot register finger prints with it. Overall build quality seems okay. Probably wouldn't expect it to do much on a hard drop.

I bought this case as it's the only truly waterproof and dustproof case on the market for the S20FE. It does protect the phone quite well, but unfortunately the sound through the earpiece and the microphone are very muffled. The most common complaint I get is that it sounds like I'm underwater when speaking to someone on the phone. If I open the charging port the sound quality on the receiving end is somewhat improved, but that's a major inconvenience every time I make a call or answer the phone.The company does stand behind their warranty quite well, as the plastic screen scratched up quite easily on the first day. When I contacted them, they were prompt and helpful in getting a replacement on order immediately.I was able to install this case over a glass screen protector, which adds yet another level of protection for the phone. I'm also able to use the finger print reader through all of these layers.Overall, it's a decent case, however the sound quality is quite terrible.**4/16/21 UPDATE**I replaced the original case with one that the company sent me on a warranty claim and haven't had any more muffled sound problems. I've had this new case on for a little over a month and it has worked great. Since the company stands behind their product so well, and the new case works great, I'm updating from 3 to 5 stars. The screen still does scratch rather easily, which is no issue since the company will send you a new one with no questions asked. I definitely recommend this case!
