This is a must have tool for anyone looking to learn how to play guitar. I wish I had these these years ago to help on my journey because this is exactly what I was missing … A Visual aid for guitar chords ! Takes the guess work right out and let’s you keep on truckin’. This set was for my strat style Pacifica but also fit my acoustic guitar perfectly so that was a nice bonus there. I’m definitely a fan of Card Chords with these and I can’t wait to see more products from them.

The cards that you receive in the pack do not have a good way to hold onto the neck of the guitar so they are constantly falling out. But otherwise it’s a good product.

I wish this product existed when I was a kid. I struggled with visualizing the pattern that chords make on the guitar. This solves that problem since these cards illustrate exactly where to place your fingers. I've taught guitar for over 20 years and students always struggle with seeing the pattern of the chord. This is a great teaching aid for both instructors and the motivated self-taught musician.

I thought that, given that these are to be used where the player cannot SEE them, they would have some tactile indicator of where your finger goes.... a bump, a hole, something. No such luck. They have smooth, slick paper, with holes for the frets, but nothing to let you tell without having to turn your head to look, whether you're anywhere close.I tried putting doughnut-shaped stickers over the numbers, but this was ineffective, and now the cards have permanent stickers on them that I can't remove.Lesson learned: Buy in person, when you can put your eyes and fingers on the product first.

They don't lie flat against the neck of my yamaha F335 so they rub against the strings as I play the cord.

I bought these because they are endorsed by Marty of Marty Music. These cards work. They are a bit inconvenient, so hopefully you will out-grow them quickly, and give them to another budding musician. Actually, you will learn more from Marty's videos. He is the one online instructor who goes slow, and shows enough, that a total noob like me can follow it.

Also den Preis für so'n paar Karten fand ich Anfangs schon heftig..andererseits bin ich jetzt anderer Meinung. Als Anfänger mit Schwierigkeiten bei der Grifftechnik sind sie zum lernen für mich unverzichtbar geworden. Es ist wesentlich leichter so als ständig mit wechselnden Blick zwischen A4 Blatt und Griffarm dann am Ton feststellen zu müssen ,daß es doch nicht richtig war. Außerdem finde ich, lernt man das sogenannte Blind spielen leichter. Ein Kompliment jedenfalls an dem der diese Methode mit den Karten erfunden und entwickelt hat 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍. Mein Fazit..eine absolute Kaufempfehlung für jeden der beim erlernen des Gitarrenspiels vorankommen will 👍.
