Good supplement for sleep and recovery

As with all ZPAC products, the quality of the nutritional supplements is an easy recommendation for my clients with proven results.

This product works well and helps promote deep sleep. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. However, in my case, I was also taking a Vitamin B Complex supplement and when I started taking ZMA at night, it caused peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in fingers and toes). The symptom I had was a stabbing pain in my toe a few times a day and a few times at night disrupting sleep. I was trying to figure out what caused it and learned that too much B6 in your system can cause this. I stopped taking ZMA and the B Complex and was better the next day with no symptoms. So again, nothing wrong with this product that I am aware of, just keep an eye on your B6 levels and if you notice peripheral neuropathy symptoms, reduce or discontinue usage.

Been taking this for a while it helps a lot with sleep and specially relax my muscles speeding up recovery after track meets and hard workouts love this.

I got this as a back-up product since my original was out of stock. It works well but the problem is that some nights it gives me really weird, creepy dreams. I wale up creeped out and struggle to get back to sleep. Unfortunately due to this I am forced to stop taking it.

This is the original formula ZMA, and the best. This is the manufacturer from whom it appears many other supplements companies purchase their ZMA for resale.
