Great for portion control!
Since a majority of weight loss is diet, I purchased these to aid with portion control. These are not child-sized as other reviews stated, but designed for adults and attempts to curb overeating. With first use, I was pretty full after eating the larger portion of veggies than I was used to, which I think is the goal. I love that its dishwasher and microwave safe. I’ll update when I see how resilient it is after repeated uses.

Great for pre-diabetics
I got these plates to help me with portion control.I'm able to use my larger side for veggies and my other two for protein and a small amount of carbs. I will definitely order more to have on hand.

Perfect for portion sizes
It’s hard controlling portions but this plate helps. I struggle with diets! It’s the discipline I struggle with . This helps me better place and control my serving size!
