I really love product , I put in my coffee creamer and a little cinnamon , mix it my hand held throffer and pour it in my coffee and it tastes good 👍

Get used to the tast . I like it use it in my green tea and chicory coffee on the way to the gym in the early morning.

Save yourself the trouble and just buy the individual ingredients. This taste horrific. The directions don't tell you that you need to strain the drink before serving because it is chunky. If you're going to use it, add honey.

I love this blend… It adds so much more than what I am used to and it has a very pleasing taste… It has a slightly sweet and spiced flavor but if you like sweet drinks you can add honey… I have added this to my daily regimen and enjoy it very much… If you want to really enjoy this you should drink it hot in some milk or milk alternative. I have a routine and make it a relaxing “me time” experience to unwind and maybe do a little meditation… I look forward to coming home after a busy day and treating myself to a hot cup of Golden Milk. It is a very good way for me to get out of work mode and into self care mode… There are some things to consider for those who are not used to this type of drink… Because of some of the ingredients in the mix it is a little gritty. I like it but if this bothers you, filter it into a mug before drinking… Just use a coffee filter and pour it into your mug… If you want something special to look forward to daily this just may be what you have been looking for… It has added to my overall quality of life and given me an excuse to make a little more time for me in my day… Very good quality ingredients and a solid company…

I bought this because I tried GAIA brand and loved it but it's hella expensive for a tiny container, so I ordered this brand, which is better for my wallet. I can see where people Hated it or how Horrible it taste. To be honest, they probably did not make it correctly. I didn't read the directions and added too much mix. I literally gagged and was ready to toss the bottle. When I made it correctly and added my own spices, it became delicious!! It greatly reduced the inflammation in my body almost immediately. It is now part of my nightly wind down routine!! I highly recommend it!

I have ordered several different brands of GOlden Milk powder. This one definitely has the most product for your money. I put a teaspoon of it in my morning breakfast shake. It adds a great flavor, and hopefully, the health benefits it advertises.

Flavor a bit too intense compared to another brand. Unstandably this product contains more spices than the competitors

I used to make my own buying all the different spices, but it's messy, costly, etc. This is great.
