This was fab to start off but only last about 6 weeks and didn’t work after that. I hardly used it and it just stopped working 😩

2nd update.. After leaving this review, the company contacted me and were very helpful and offered a full refund or replacement. I asked for the full refund which was issued straight away! So even though the product was a loss for myself, the customer service was great 👍🏽Doesn’t work at all. I’ve charged the battery pack so all four lights on the back light up. But you press the button for three seconds to activate it to charge the phone and nothing happens. Waste of money. Tried to return and the only option is to print at home and have the postman collect from your house. I don’t have a printer so can’t even do this. Absolute waste of money!! Please do not buy it!!

No damage.To sum up, if you want to buy a phone case for your phone, and at the same time want to solve the charging problem, I recommend you to buy this product.

The product itself was sturdy and fitted nicely when held. The only issue I had was it now does not charge my phone which is the sole purpose of the item although I did get a month and a bit of use from this. Really disappointed with this product. The case says it’s fully charged yet when you press the power switch doesn’t charge the iPhone 12. Disappointed!

Highly recommend this company and its products, worked brilliantly and very handy when your battery is running low. Great purchase and will be buying from these guys again very soon!

Had for a week and already not working! Not charging phone no longer

Firstly this case in generally nice, fits the phone well, and feels nice in hand, however I'm not sure if this is just a problem with my case, or if others have experienced this, but when I use the battery pack to charge my phone, after a minute or so, it stops charging, which unfortunately defeats the purpose of the battery case, Generally a nice case, but for the price, I would expect it to do what it says on the tin, quite disappointed!

You cannot charge the phone and battery charger at the same time. You have to charge them separately which is not useful for me.
