It is a good rack, but I would not buy it at full price because it is not worth that much. If you are looking for something dead on level, this is not it, although it is close enough for its purpose. if you needed it at true level, you could add some metal washers where the wheels attach onto the post to help even out any indifferences.Assembling this thing was almost a nightmare because the directions does not state these two tricks I will now tell you. There are three racks, with the bottom two the same size and the top one a little bit smaller. The bottom two will go on easily, however, the trick is to do with the top rack. The handles have dimples on them and the instructions will not state this VERY IMPORTANT fact that those dimples go on the outside facing the wall. If you point them inside towards the rack, you will not get them on nor will it be easy to get the handles off again without a rubber mallet.That is the first trick, the second trick to attack this top shelf is to NOT fasten all the bolts down, leave three loose almost towards the end on the nuts with caps on, then attach all nuts and fasten all of them slightly in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion similar to putting on an engine block cap. If you follow these two tips, assembly will be a breeze.Also make sure to count your nuts and bolts as mine was missing one, however, these are easy to find and if you need a replacement they are Metric M6 x 1" machine screw. All-in-all it is a good purchase on sale and I would recommend this product and seller.

Enough space for bottles, snacks, bags of potatoes even. Holds the weight nicely while still allowing the cart to move smoothly. Easy to put together and sturdy.

This cart has been such a space saver! I was determined to get my laundry area more organized but didn't want to spend a lot of money doing it. I wanted a cart that was sturdy enough to hold heavier items and that would fit under the shelving I already have. This cart seemed to fit the bill. When it came in I tried putting it together, which I was able to do by myself. But one wheel refused to screw in. By trial and error I found it was the leg/tubing that was the problem and not any of the wheels themselves. I was still able to use the cart for its intended purpose, but really wanted to be able to easily wheel it in and put of its spot. So I emailed the company to see if something could be done. They promptly replied, and after a few emails were gracious enough to send me a new part for free. I now have a perfectly functioning cart that has helped me free up a lot of space!The cart itself is well made. Sturdy metal, rolls easily, locking wheels. It is a little wobbly, but I was able to unscrew one of the wheels enough to even it out. I do wish the included hooks were a little more open to hold things with wider handles, but that's just a minor inconvenience. Overall I'm super happy with this cart and the company's incredible customer service!
