This was excellent! We created an internal superstar awarded for our department to recognize excellence from our coworkers on a quarterly basis. The award is a roving award that will be passed on to the next superstar for the next quarter. My boss LOVED it! The quality is nice. It’s size is perfect to be displayed in the office or on the desk without looking too bulky. The staff loved it! Price is SOOOOOOO right and the engraving made it look extremely professional! The president of the company actually commented.

This trophy turned out so great! It didn’t feel like junk at all- it was nice and sturdy, the company made the personalized plate for me and sent it out right away- I got it less than a week after ordering and it was perfect! It was a professionally engraved trophy and for $15- you seriously can’t beat that price! The customer service rep Juanita who helped me was kind and professional as well! Great gift. Well made. A happy gift for someone. The reason for the 4 star rating is: this item can be engraved and there are instructions on how to get the plaque engraved and sent separately. I could never get in touch with this company to have the trophy personalized. That was a downer for me.

The actual trophy was even better than pictured, and the engraved plate arrived quickly and was very nicely done. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.I rarely write reviews, but this was such a good experience, I felt I should acknowledge the great customer service.I think people who complained about the engraving probably did not follow the instructions.
