This laptop is ok, I was expecting more on the quality. Mine tends to freeze up sometimes for a couple seconds, not sure why. The material is not as robust but I understand because it's light weight. Overall its a decent Laptop

The hinges in the laptop are fragile and can jeopardize the integrity of the entire laptop. Mine stopped working altogether. If just outside of the one-year warranty, this seller will not offer you any type of assistance whatsoever.

I honestly have not found anything to dislike about this computer. Plugged it in, turned it on and had it set up within 10 minutes. I have never had anything in technology this easy to use. I think that the fast response time is due to a combination of the 16 gigabytes of RAM combined with a solid state drive.

Touch screen, Bluetooth and easy work ability.

good laptop gets the job done. I am able to use Lightroom for personal use (not professionally). The plastic on this laptop is matte it leaves fingerprints and feels flimsy. The keyboard is also very cheap feeling.However the laptop has very good specs for the price. the touch screen works well but the screen does not flatten all the way.Good budget option.

This computer is great for college. A lot of my classes require I have a Microsoft engine-based browser computer, and this does the job! The touch screen is very nice though I don't use it as often as I thought. I did not give this computer five stars though because after only a month and a half my charger stopped working. It didn't completely stop working, but I found myself having to wedge the end of the charger into my laptop to make it charge. I contacted the warranty number and I'm waiting to hear back if they can help me get a new charger or not. Another problem that I run into, which is more just annoying, is that about twice a week the computer refuses to recognize the Wi-Fi. After checking with our IT person on campus, the solution is to 1. Always make sure the computer is fully updated, but 2. Restart the computer. After restarting the computer, it should be able to recognize and connect to the internet again.

I purchased this laptop for my husband for Christmas. The only drawback for him was that it comes with Windows 11. He has mastered that now and is very happy with it. The only complaint he had was it does not have a back-lit keyboard. He hasn't really used it for gaming but has played one game. He mostly just uses it for work and is very happy!
